世界で最も安いミシュラン店「添好運点心専門店」〜 Michelin One Star "Tiān hǎo yùnqì diǎnxīn diàn"

　香港・電脳街「深水捗」には、世界で最も安くいただけるミシュラン１つ星「添好運点心専門店」があります。

   (There is one of the cheepest Michelin in the Sham Sui Po where is the electric city in Hong Kong.)

　この店は香港に５店舗あるようですが、どこもいつも混雑しているようです。

   (This michelin restaurant is five stores in Hong Kong and these are always clouded.)

夕方１７：３０頃に入店したときはまだ席に余裕がありましたが、１８時過ぎになると会社帰りと思われる人々であっという間に満席になりました。
　(When I enter the restaurant, there is some space. But over 6pm every seats were full.)

コチラは表面はメロンパンで中身はチャシューという珍しい点心です。

   (This is a famous one in this restaurant "the surface taste is melon and the contens is [叉烧Chāshāo]")

コチラは中にプリっぷりの海老が入っている点心です。
(This is a dim sum including shrimp.)

コチラは焼売です。
(This is a steamed meat dumpling)

コチラは表面が米粉の点心です。
(This is a based on rice paper dim sum.)

コチラはチマキです。
(This is a "粽子{Zòngzi}")

コチラはテーブルに惹かれてる紙皿です。

(This is a paper on the paper.)

広東語がわからなくても、コチラに掲載されているものを注文すれば大丈夫です。

(If you don't understand Cantonese, you can order the dim sum on the paper.)

　コチラは注文票です。
   (This is a order paper.)

　広東語はわかりませんが、隣の席の現地の人に「貴方が食べてるのはどれ？」と身振り手振りで教えてもえば注文も大丈夫です。
   (I don't understand Cantonese, but you can ask the next person "What is this you are eating? with body language.")

　後はガイドブックの食べ物の漢字を参考にして「感」で注文もできます。
  (And you can order to reference the guide book about the Cantonese food Chinese characters.)

日本人は漢字の基礎知識があるので繁体字でも意味は概ね理解できるので便利です。
   (It is convenient for Japanese to understand Cantonese because they have Chinese characters knowledge.)

1,000円以内でミシュラン店が利用できました（笑）
(I was able to eat 87HK$ in michelin restaurant.)

勿論、ミシュラン点ですからお味はGoodでした。
(Of course the dim sum taste is very good. )
