北国は先週の雪が根雪となり雪国の季節になりました。

ということで、さりゆく栗の季節を惜しんで柳月の「栗（まろん）」のご紹介です。

栗が１個そのまま入った上に白餡が栗を包んでます。

 栗の味と昔ながらの白餡饅頭のテイストがミックスした懐かしい味でした。
