The unusual rice cake "walnut soy sauce"〜変わり種大福「くるみの醤福」＠柳月

 柳月の週末大福、先月は「くるみの醤福」でした。

くるみに醤油味のみたらしという珍しい組み合わせです。

くるみの硬さと餡の柔らかさが不思議な食感でした。
