Google Documentのアドオンが超便利!!【Part2】〜Add-on Google Document ultra convenient!!【Part2】

前回に引き続きGoogleドキュメントのアドオン機能の紹介です。

(It is an introduction of an add-on feature of Google Docs continues to last.)

前回、Transleteをご紹介しましたが、私はそのほかに次の機能も入れてます。

(Last time, we introduce Translete, but I have also put the following functions to the other.)

まずは「Maps for Docs」です。

(First is "Maps for Docs".)

　これは、ドキュメントにGoogleMapを貼り付けつ時に便利です。

(This is useful when you Tsu paste the GoogleMap to the document.)

　別タブで　GoogleMapを開き、スクリーンショットを撮影して、挿入するという手間が省けます。

(It eliminates the need to open the GoogleMap in a separate tab, by capturing screen shots, and to insert.)

文章中に場所の表示がないと次の表示がでます。

(The following display will appear that there is no view of the place in the text.)

　例えば、「東京駅」と入力しドラッグした後に、「Maps for Docs」を起動すると、次のようにGoogle Mapが表示されます。

(For example, after you drag enter "Tokyo Station", when you start the "Maps for Docs", Google Map will be displayed as follows.)

次に「Clipboard」です。
(Next is "Clipboard".)

これは、文書作成中にひらめいたアイデアなどをメモ書きしておける機能です。
(This is a feature that you can reasonably afford to have written notes and ideas that flashed in the document being created.)

「Clipboard」を起動すると、右側に「Clipboard」が表示されます。

(When you start the "Clipboard", "Clipboard" is displayed on the right side.)

　次に文中のクリップしたいアイデアなどをドラッグして、青い「Clip」ボタンをクリックすると、その内容がクリップされます。

(You can then drag and ideas you want to clip in a sentence and then click on the blue "Clip" button, its contents will be clipped.)

次は「Calculator」です。
(The following is a "Calculator".)

これは、名前のとおり計算機です。

(This is the computer as the name.)

次に「Openclipart」です。

(Next is "Openclipart".)

これは、著作権フリーのイラストを文中に挿入するときに便利です。

(This is useful when you want to insert in the text illustrations of copyright-free.)

最後に「URL Shortener」です。
(Finally is "URL Shortener".)

これも名前のとおりURLを短縮してくれる機能です。
(This is also a feature that will shorten the URL as the name.)

短縮したいURLをドラッグして「URL Shortener」を起動すると次のように短縮URL

が表示されます。
(Shortened URL will be displayed as follows: When you start the "URL Shortener" by dragging the URL you want to shorten.)

これらの機能を無料で使えてしまうとはGoogleドキュメントは凄いお得な機能ですね。
