Red Bean sweets for JUNE〜納涼爽やか和菓子Part2〜"水無月＠六花亭”

前回に引き続き、夏の和菓子「水無月」のご紹介です。

氷を型どった求肥の上に小倉粒あんが乗ってます。

(Red bean on the Glutinous rice in the shape of the ice.)

食感は「もっちり」という言葉がピッタリです。

(The word "dust" is the perfect texture.)

六花亭の本社がある帯広は十勝小豆の本場なので、小豆が本当に美味しかったです。
