Google Docs の使い方「Googleプレエンテーション編」〜How to a presentation file by GoogleDocs

今回はGoogleDocsの使い方を簡単に説明します。

(I'll explain briefly how to use GoogleDocs.)

　まずはChromeブラウザの右上の９つのキューブをクリックして次の画面を表示させ、Googleドライブのアイコンをクリッックします。

(Click the icon of Google Drive.)

　次に「新規」をクリックして「ドキュメント」「スプレッドシート」「スライド」の中から必要なアプリをクリックします。

(Click the required application from "Document", "spreadsheet" and "slide" by clicking the new ".)

　今回は「Googleスライド」をクリックし、次に表示された次の画面で好きな「テーマ」を選択します。

(Choose your favorite "theme" on the next screen that appears.)

各テーマには下記のとおり基本的に６パターンのスライドが用意されています。
(Slide of six patterns are available for each theme.)

 背景色は「背景」をクリックし、次の画面を表示させ、変更することができます。
(Background color will be able to click on the "background" and change.)

 色は下記のとおり細かく調整できます。
(I can fine-tune the color.)

図形もPPTに用意されている基本的なアイテムは準備されています。
(Basic items that are provided in the PPT also figure has been prepared.)

文字を挿入する場合は「テキスト」をクリックして、挿入部分にポインターを持ってきてクリックすると、次のとおり青枠が表示されるので、この枠内にテキストを打ち込むことができます。

　テキストの挿入方法は、基本的にPPT、Keynoteと一緒ですね。

写真・動画は以前に紹介した方法で簡単に挿入できます。

(Photos and videos can be inserted easily in a way that was introduced previously.)

簡単なアニメーションも「切り替え」をクリックし、挿入することができます。

(You can simple animations also click the "Switch", to be inserted.)

　PPT、Keynoteほどに複雑なトランジションなどはありませんが、ジョブスのようなプレゼンの神様ではない凡人の私のプレゼン用にはGoogleDocsには十分な機能が備わってます。

(There is no such complex transitions PPT, Keynote enough, but a fully functional is equipped with GoogleDocs for the presentation of my ordinary man is not a god of presentation such as Jobs.)
